We offer local delivery throughout Cheltenham and surrounding areas (up to 20 miles).

Delivery charges range from £4.99 to £49.99, depending on distance, journey time, and whether return collection is needed for props or balloons after your event.

Our delivery fees are based on:

• National government mileage standards, with a minimum rate of 45p per mile (for the first 100 miles).
• National minimum wage per hour for the time our team spends delivering, installing, and collecting your party items.

This ensures our pricing remains competitive while fairly covering transport and time involved for safe, reliable service.

• Delivery is available Monday–Saturday, with limited Sunday slots for larger bookings.
• Time windows are arranged in advance—please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.
• Contactless delivery available upon request.

🛠 Installation & Care:

Balloon Columns and Arches

Balloon columns, arches, and garlands are installed with care to ensure they last for your event.

• Outdoor installs are weather-dependent and not guaranteed to last in wind or rain.
• Please avoid placing arches near sharp edges, radiators, or direct sunlight.
• For indoor use, most balloon arches and columns will last 2–3 days or more.

✅ We recommend choosing an indoor location for best longevity.
📸 Be sure to take photos early before any balloon changes over time!

🎉 Installation & Collection:

Balloons, Props, Backdrops & Light-Up Numbers

For events requiring larger installations, we offer full setup and optional collection services.

• Setup is arranged in advance based on venue access and event timings.
• We’ll require parking and easy access to the installation area.
• Props, light-up numbers, and backdrops are for hire only and must be returned or collected.

🕐 Collection slots are arranged after your event and must be confirmed at booking.
🔌 For light-up numbers, please ensure a nearby power source is available.

🧹 Collection & Removal of Large Installations

We offer a hassle-free collection service for larger décor items and hired props.

• Collection is typically arranged for the next day, unless specially requested depending on venue, if an out of hours call out is required for a collection we will advise you before hand, these charges are then priced at £25.00 per hour required, the maximum out of hours collection will not exceed £50.00.
• Items must be packed and accessible for a smooth pickup.
• Any damages may incur an additional charge—please refer to our terms and conditions.

Prefer to collect your items? We offer free Click & Collect from our Cheltenham store.

🕐 Collection Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm (please wait for confirmation before arrival)

• We’ll email or text you when your order is ready.
• Please bring your order number(or confirmation email).
• We kindly ask you to collect within 2 days of confirmation.

📦 Shipping

We currently offer UK-wide shipping for selected products such as party accessories, small decorations, and fancy dress items.

• At this time, we do not ship inflated balloons. This is because we cannot guarantee your balloons will arrive in pristine condition. We're currently working closely with suppliers and delivery partners to develop a safe and reliable shipping method—and we’ll update this section as soon as it becomes available.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
• All orders are carefully packed and sent via trusted courier services.
