At The Party Hut, we use only top-quality balloons that can last up to 5 days, and sometimes even up to a record 4 weeks! To keep them looking their best, maintain them at room temperature. If they’re delivered a day before your event, it's wise to open the box to check their condition, then keep them stored safely inside until needed.
Pro Tips for Best Presentation:
Our balloons may come with one our signature handmade sand weights. These are great to keep and reuse as many times as you like, don't worry they are made of fully recyclable items.If the ribbons get tangled during transit, a little TLC will have them looking perfect in no time. At The Party Hut, we understand that balloons are delicate and sometimes, despite best efforts, they might be damaged during transit. However, we promise to do everything possible to rectify any issues for you.
For all pre-orders and online orders, we inflate your balloons the day before your chosen collection or delivery date and allow them to settle for 2-4 hours, giving our team ample time to spot and replace any faulty ones. Rest assured, we only dispatch balloons that meet our high standards—standards so strict that even our balloon-savvy team would be thrilled to receive them!
